Avelia Living – Shipping Policy

At Avelia Living, we provide clear and reliable shipping information for all customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia & Canada. 

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States, United Kingdom, Australia & Canada only. 

2. Shipping Costs

All US orders include free standard shipping.
No hidden fees are added at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-5 / EST) are processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends are processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframe

• Transit time: 4–6 business days
• Total estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days (processing + transit)
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or seasonal demand.

5. Couriers and Packaging

We work with carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Orders are packaged securely to protect items during shipping.

6. Tracking Information

A tracking link will be emailed once your order is shipped.
Tracking is also available through our Track Your Order page.

7. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the shipment and, if the package cannot be located, offer a replacement or a full refund.

8. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are:
• unused
• undamaged
• sent back in original packaging

Defective or incorrect items:
• We provide a prepaid return label
• No return costs for the customer

Change-of-mind returns:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable
• No restocking fees

9. Return Instructions

Defective or incorrect items:
• We send a prepaid return label
• Attach the label and drop off the package with the indicated carrier

Other returns:
• Use a trackable shipping method
• Send the tracking number to support@avelialiving.com
• We will provide any additional instructions if needed

10. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:
• personalized or custom-made items
• clearance or final-sale items
• bedding, pillows, or other hygiene-sensitive items (unless unopened)
