How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually need 1–2 business days to process your order, depending on how busy our warehouse is.

• Transit time: 4–6 business days
• Total estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days (processing + transit)

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday.

Can I track my package?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use this number on our tracking page to follow your order’s journey.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return period. You can return your order within 30 days from the date you received the package, without needing to provide a reason.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • The return must be initiated and shipped back within the 30-day window.

How do I start a return?

We’ll send you the return instructions and any additional details needed to complete the process.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This email includes:

  • Your order number
  • A summary of the items ordered
  • Your shipping address

If you don’t see it:

  1. Check your spam/unwanted or promotions folder.
  2. Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout.

If you still haven’t received anything after 1–2 hours, please contact us at  support@avelialiving.com with your full name and (if available) order number, and we’ll resend the confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at  support@avelialiving.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can return the package within our 30-day return window.
