At Avelia Living, we are committed to delivering a transparent, reliable, and eco-conscious shipping experience to our UK & US customers.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all UK and US orders.
No hidden fees — all charges are clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+1) are processed the same day.
  • Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.
  • US orders are processed according to UK business hours.

4. Delivery Timeframe (UK & US)

  • Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days after processing.
  • Total delivery timeframe: 5–8 business days from order date.
  • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

5. Couriers & Packaging

We ship using DHL, Royal Mail, and USPS for United States deliveries.
All orders include insured shipping for loss or damage.
Eco-friendly packaging is used whenever possible.

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships.

7. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or full refund if the package is untraceable.

8. Return Policy Overview

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In original packaging

For defective or incorrect items:
We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • No restocking fees apply.

9. Return Shipping Instructions

For approved defective/incorrect items:
A prepaid label will be provided.

For all other returns:

  • Please use a trackable shipping method.
  • Email us the tracking number at info@avelia-living.com.
  • Full return instructions will be provided on request.

10. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following items unless they arrive defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., bedding, pillows) unless unopened and unused
